This is a Sweetwater Dendritic Agate Necklace That I recently made for sale. The necklace is made with a black 1.5mm genuine leather cord tied with adjustable sliding knots.
I self-collected the material while on a road trip through Wyoming about a year ago in the Green Mountain area.
Sweetwater agate is found in Wyoming near the Sweetwater River. This type of agate is characterized by black spots that formed from manganese inclusions within the stone. The patterns are dendritic and that resemble trees or stars.
The length of the necklace cord at its longest setting is about 32" and 17" at its shortest.
The dimensions of the pendant stone are 1.20"x .88"x .25"
The weight of the necklace is 11 grams.
